Question Module
The education question module consists of a few compulsory and several optional questions. It is available as an online demo here. The question module is available in English, French, German and Spanish (see below). The module can be downloaded in Word and DDI formats at the bottom of this page.

Language versions of the education question module
The question module was translated using TRAPD standards. Download the education question module described above in the following languages:
- English
- French
- German (source version)
- Spanish
- A Dutch version was produced for the online pilot study. However, this version has not been updated with respect to changes made to the question module after the pilot and has not been formatted like the modules in the other languages.
